West Coast ALL AMC Car Show

I was excited for this show, so Cindy & I went up Friday to check out the restoration shop Mark had set up for us, talk about a carriage works type shop, Cool rides, and my camera battery took a dump....

Another battery later, we went with the group of early arrivers to the Hat Burger joint they talked about and we lined up in the parking lot and chowed down that evening.

Saturday Morning came quick and headed out for breakfast before we headed to the show area to help set up at Wally Parks NHRA Museum.

AMX seems to always be the biggest group at AMC Shows, funny it's the shortest production.

I know more cars came after I took pix, but I got tied up, I rarely have a chance to sit at these shows, I want to see it all, you don't get to see these cars at regular shows.

The show area is set up so we can separate the clases, makes it easier on the voters, it's all peoples choice.

Whats also nice about AMC shows is you can bring your car no matter the condition, we all wish they were in this condition, but we don't all have the time or money.

I guess maybe I'm old, but I like these cars, I'v probably seen a million Camaros & Mustangs, they're nice, and worth more then ours are, but doesn't a dime a dozen sound familiar ?

This is what I am talking about ! A Breedlove 600 original, like the Sheriff of Nottingham ! RARE !

And this blown Metro ! Could you imagine this on the freeway....As long as every offramp had a gass station !

There were more trophys then this, but everyone scattered before I could get pix, but I was able to get our group for this shot.

Love this show, and it is bigger then most AMC shows out west, other then Nationals. I think there were 48 cars here, most are 20's to 30's, although Vegas is getting bigger each year and we love going to that one !

What's more American then a Company that has AMERICAN right in the name !
