Las Vegas Reunion

This is the Best show each year that is reachable in a day, they have usually have the most attendance out of the tri states (Ca. Nv. Az.). This was my first here, I didn't know enough about my car to take a chance on the trip in 2008, I'd only had it a few months. There's our Prez' Wavin' under the canopy.

We had 7 cars caravan from SoCalAMX, Dave & Kati, Steve, Robert, Stacy, Mark, Richard, and Cindy & I. John Caley, and John Sicilliano trailerd their cars over, I think they left a little later then we did.

I might have taken these before everyone got there, I don't remember, I thought there were more Javelins. Plus a few old school down the left side.

The other side was AMC, this is where we sent Stacy, to kik'ass, and a Jeep.

Of course the center is where we like the most, and it's the biggest category too....and why is that ? Considering there were only 1,9134 AMX's built, where did all the Javelins go ?....they built 124,019 Javelins ! Yet there are only a few at these shows, we only have a few in our club, AND Dale has 2 !

If I didn't have an AMX, I would have tried to buy that RW&B tribute Javelin when it was for sale, I like Jav's.....ok, enough....NEXT !

We had lunch at casa de Sicilliano on show day, his motor home was on the upper lot and he & Shelley were cookin' away !

I don't know how many cars were here, but we had 9 from our club, and we left with 4 of the trophies, not too shabby !

Best of all, Was Best of Show ! John Caley got it for his 1968 survivor AMX, his dad bought it new ! Boy was he surprised ! So were we ! Good thing he brought a trailer !
