Cars and Coffee

This used to be at the Auto Museum parking lot in Balboa Park on the third Sunday each month. Some of us were going to the Sycuan car show this day, so I thought the six of us could meet here and get some pix of our Southern Six ! From left, Randy, Chuck, John, Steve, Stu, Richard, and Allen catching us at the right time !

I was able to get hold of the Jesse, the justacarguy photographer, he had taken pix of a few of our cars and he had said he got a lot of hits from it, he was headed North to a Mopar show and said he would have little time, but he said he would be there and get some quick shots....He stayed at least an Hour !

So pulling in to this place, some of the guys started to park up top, I said the hell with that, the Mustang guys drive the whole lot before they park, they want everyone to know they are there, so that's what we should do too !

On the way through the lot, I saw the Silver 71 trying to park, we waved him over to follow us. At the bottom of the lot is the Aerospace Museum, AND that first row was empty ! So I said we were parking here, right in front of the birds ! The main pix for this site !

So it was Seven ! That's how this photo op happened, by chance, and we love it. Well, at least I do !

Cameras everywhere, it was very Cool. It's about time to do it again, I'm writing this on a rainy day on March 2nd, 2014. A few of these cars are no longer with us, but we have added a Machine, or 2, an SC/Rambler, or 2, a Javelin, or 2, and a few different AMX's.

What more could I have asked for ? This was AWESOME !
