Temecula Rod Run

Mark, along with Hobie, who I had not met yet, were coming down to the Temecula Rod Run. Steve and I were meeting them there, they were meeting up with another AMX in Menifee, John Siciliano, I don't remember if John was a member yet, but I was excited to meet more AMX owners.

We got a LOT of looks when we came in, these are 5 Nice cars, mine not as nice as theirs, but the color makes up for it.
There's Steve & Mark talking, Allen talking on the phone, and John heading over to see if it's time for a walkabout.
We found a nice corner spot to park on, and got a lot of attention, it's pretty cool listening to all the talk about our cars, especially all the wrong info people would give to those around them....I just smile a little, I don't want to embarrass anyone, but I will give info if asked. We have rare cars, if anyone else had made them, I wouldn't be able to afford one, so I'm good with it !

I've only seen this AMX at this show, it was here the following year also, it was for sale both times, it was a little pricey, and I don't think it was a 390, it also has 70 seats along with a few other variances, but it sure was pretty. I wonder what ever happened to it.
I don't remember what time Richard showed up, he didn't bring his AMX, that's Rich talking to Hobie as he's taking pix.

John's car is a Beautiful Blue ! This was a good show to meet at and he has been a great friend every since.
