Picnic by the Bay

Sorry about this disgusting picture, but it's where we parked, so we were stuck here....

Bob has the first AMX here, this is the only time I've seen Bob, I hope he can make another show sometime, he and his car are pretty Cool ! The next car, or Gremlin as they call it, are a pretty Cool duo too, we met Donald at the Sacramento AMCRC National, he lives in Bakersfield and came all the way down to San Diego for this show ! Next is Richards Aqua Blue AMX, Marks Red AMX, Steve's White AMX, Stu's Brown AMX, My BBG AMX, John's Bright Blue AMX, at the end is that plastic car, but it IS pretty, that's Timmy's. Not a bad showing !

The car show field is mainly the other side of this building, but we like this spot on the board walk, and it's easy access on and off the grass to the parking lot. The show field gets pretty packed inn....plus we get better pix here !

Another awful view of the cars, don't you think ? This is Seaport Village in Downtown San Diego, it's a peninsula with a park on it. Water on three sides, your looking at the San Diego Bay area towards the entry, the second pix has the Coronado Bridge in it, and that's Coronado Island your looking at across the water from us.

It's a Beautiful place for a car show and at least 4 car clubs have a show here each year. I know I took more pix of the show field, but I'm posting this on the last day of 2013 and a lot of pix are gone....sorry.
