San Diego International Auto Show
Dec 27-30 ....................................At “Wild Rides” car show in Pacific Beach a guy asked me if I want to put my car in this show, I was honored, but I told him about Allens just completed RW&B AMX, John's Beautiful Blue AMX, and Steve's SC/Rambler, all of which would show great at the show, but he wanted my Big Bad Green there ! Who am I to say No ?

I had to have the car there at 8pm on Wednesday the 26th, it took 2 hours to get parked. I was able to catch a ride home from the guy with the Drag Race Vette. But as soon as I got home the phone rang, it was the guy that got me in, I had to go back to get my car signed off by the fire marshall, because my battery is in the trunk....crap....45 mins away....long day it was.

In any case, it was Cool having my car at this show. It wasn't so cool going through my garage and walking through the empty spot my car should have been sitting, but I got over it.

This is Dave in the white t shirt, his pride and joy is this 2+2 Pontiac, He's a Pontiac guy, but we know him because he also owns a Machine and an AMX, among his 20 something car collection. We just need to get him to drive an AMC once in awhile, very hard to do, I've only seen it twice in four years.

This was an experience, and kind of a hassle, but it was worth it !

I couldn't pass up this shot as we pulled out of the show on Sunday night, I had my baby back !
